Paloma Velez unterrichtet für Pro Stage Berlin Contemporary Dance.

Paloma Velez
She took her first dance class at the age of four, and from that moment, movement became her favorite way of expressing herself. With a strong classical foundation from her studies at the Conservatory of Ballet in Argentina and a scholarship to the American Academy of Ballet in New York, she later discovered a passion for contemporary dance and the endless possibilities it offers. Her curiosity led her to study contemporary dance in Tel Aviv at The Maslool, and then in Italy at Nuova Officina della Danza. Since then, she has been freelancing and collaborating on a variety of projects, which have taken her to perform in theaters such as Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin.

In her contemporary dance classes, Paloma works on technique, floor work, and improvisation research. She focuses on finding different movement qualities and in personal expression. Above all, she aims to create a supportive space that allows both technical growth and artistic research—where students feel free and encouraged to explore their own unique ways of expressing themselves.
